Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to join their team in
Missouri City, TX . You will have the opportunity to help elevate a well-established brand in the artificial lift, automation, and digital oilfield markets, and to lead the company's 125th Anniversary campaign.
Position Summary: The Senior Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and executing the company's internal and external marketing communications, brand programs, digital channels, customer engagement activities, and events. As the company's central communications resource, the incumbent will support new product launches, develop and maintain sales collateral and presentation libraries, manage the website, SharePoint site, and social media channels, and deliver email campaigns, events, customer training, and internal communications. The role is also the primary steward of the company brand. Reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Marketing & Technology, this individual contributor position works closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Field Technical Support, Human Resources, IT, Country Leaders, and executive leadership, and manages external agencies and vendors. Beginning in 2027, this position will serve as program lead for the company's 125th Anniversary campaign, with planning beginning in 2026. The position is based out of Missouri City, TX and will require up to 25% travel.
Qualifications: - Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum 6-10 years of progressive experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, brand management, or integrated marketing, preferably in an industrial, energy, manufacturing, or technology B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively for multiple audiences and formats, including launch materials, collateral, executive presentations, employee communications, press releases, web copy, and social media content.
- Proven experience supporting new product launches, including messaging development, launch materials, sales tools, digital campaigns, and launch events.
- Hands-on experience managing corporate websites and content management systems, including SEO fundamentals and analytics reporting, and administering a Microsoft SharePoint site.
- Demonstrated ownership of corporate social media channels, LinkedIn in particular, including content calendars, community management, paid promotion, and performance reporting.
- Experience planning and executing trade shows, customer events, webinars, training sessions, and internal company events, including budget management, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns, with working knowledge of a marketing automation or CRM platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or similar) required.
- Working proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or comparable design tools, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical product and engineering information into clear, compelling commercial messaging.
- Demonstrated brand stewardship experience, including brand standards, visual identity guidelines, and message architecture, and managing agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, printers, translators, and event vendors to budget and schedule.
- Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent programs, competing deadlines, and stakeholders in different time zones and regions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence outcomes without direct authority, including with senior executives.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to plan and execute go-to-market communications for new products, technologies, and software releases.
- Develop launch messaging, value propositions, and complete launch packages, including product sheets, brochures, presentations, web and email content, social and video assets, and press materials.
- Maintain and enforce brand standards covering logo usage, typography, color, photography style, and templates, and review materials before release.
- Maintain the message architecture, boilerplate, positioning statements, and approved product descriptions, and a central library of approved assets.
- Support industry presence and thought leadership through technical papers, speaking abstracts, award submissions, case studies, and trade media relationships.
- Manage the company website, including content planning, SEO fundamentals, and coordination with IT and web vendors, reporting traffic, engagement, and lead capture.
- Develop the SharePoint site as the internal hub for company news, brand assets, collateral, and presentation libraries.
- Own corporate social media end to end, including strategy, editorial calendar, content, publishing, community management, paid promotion, and performance reporting.
- Plan and execute customer engagement programs, including email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, customer training, technology forums, roadshows, and customer events.
- Manage the trade show and industry event program, including booth design and logistics, budgets, vendor contracts, lead capture, follow-up, and return-on-investment reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and version-control the sales collateral and presentation libraries, and manage translation and localization for international markets.
- Support internal communications, including company announcements, leadership messages, employee newsletters, and safety and recognition programs.
- Develop the 125th Anniversary program plan, budget, and creative platform for executive approval in 2026, and execute the program through 2027.
- Report marketing communications performance to leadership on a regular cadence, with recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and commercial contribution.
